Are You Settling for Mediocrity

With the New Year upon us, review your activity this past year and ask yourself this question: Are you (the business owner) truly giving your best?

I’m challenging you to ask yourself this question because of recent encounters with outside resources that consider me their client.  I have had the hardest time getting my expectations met as a customer.  It has truly made me examine how I run my business and what my customers think of me.

As a business owner you can either be mediocre or well above mediocre.  I would hope you would want to be above.  I’m not talking in just one area of your business but across the board.  In order to be well above mediocre you must develop the following areas of your business:
